1. Prescription Medications

Strict No-Return Policy

• By UK law, we cannot accept returns of any dispensed prescription medications.
• Exceptions: Only if:
  • Medication is faulty or damaged
  • Incorrect item was supplied
  • Manufacturer recall is issued
• Important: Never return medicines to the pharmacy without prior authorization. Contact us immediately at 01754 765715 for instructions.

2. Over-the-Counter (OTC) Medicines & Healthcare Products

Acceptable Returns:

• Unopened items in original packaging: 14 days with receipt
• Faulty items (e.g., damaged seals, expired products): 30 days with proof of purchase
  Non-Returnable:
• Opened medicines or healthcare products
• Personal hygiene items (e.g., thermometers, first-aid kits) once opened

1. Notify us within 48 hours of discovery
2. Do not use the product
3. We’ll arrange collection/replacement
4. Full refund or exchange offered

• 💷 Refunds issued via original payment method within 5 working days
• ⚠️ We reserve right to refuse returns not meeting policy requirements
